Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. To ensure a fair experience for everyone, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.


1. Cancellation by the Guest

All cancellations will be subject to a ₹100 per person non-refundable convenience/processing fee.

  • 7 days or more before the check-in date
    100% refund (after deducting the ₹100 per person processing fee)
  • 3 to 6 days before the check-in date
    🔁 50% refund (after deducting the ₹100 per person processing fee)
    or
    🔁 Free reschedule to another available date (within 30 days)
  • Less than 3 days before the check-in date or No-show
    ❌ No refund

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed at least 3 days before the check-in date, at no extra cost.
  • Rescheduled dates must be used within 30 days of the original booking.

3. Cancellation by Us (the Organizers)

In case of cancellations due to bad weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns:

  • 100% refund of the booking amount including the processing fee
    or
    🔁 Option to reschedule to any available date of your choice

4. Refund Processing Time

  • All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 working days.
  • The processing fee is non-refundable except in cases where the event is cancelled by us.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your booking ID and registered contact number.
A cancellation is confirmed only when you receive a written acknowledgment from our team.
